While the style of those boots are lovely and classy, the sturdiness is exceptionally poor. If you're getting to wear these boots for the one purpose of being indoors--without ever going outside--these shoes are good for you. I've had shoes that value 0.5 the value and foot-dragging higher than these did when years of damage. These shoes are in my possession for a few months and therefore the leather has already pulled removed from the plastic heel and therefore the black plastic piece on the heel of 1 boot has already fallen off.

Bottom line: i'd not pay $142 for these boots or $25 for that matter. i am unable to even rate the merchandise since the quality was therefore poor, however Amazon won't post the review while not a minimum of 1 star. i assumed Clarks was a reputable whole and that is why i made a decision to pay the additional cash. These are my initial and last try of Clarks shoes.
